On February 25, 2021 we are thrilled to unveil the murals and artwork of a collective of artists called Aravani Art Project, from Bangalore, Karnataka. They will talk about their work and themes on a live Zoom interview with our Executive Director John Teply. We will start the evening with a virtual cooking class led by Chef Deepak Kaul of Bhuna Restaurant, which specializes in Indian Soul Food. On January 28, 2021 we will be exhibiting a mural and artworks by Nigerian-born artist O. Yemi Tubi, followed by a live interview with our director John Teply. We have quite a lineup of exciting events to celebrate Nigerian and Yoruba cultural heritages as well!
