This archival print is of an acrylic on panel painting by Portland, OR artist, Yolanda Valdés-Rementeriá. The original piece was created during the Tree Emergency Response Team's- Painting to Save the Trees event, to help save the Maple at 12th and Flanders in the Pearl district of Portland, OR
Painting to Save the Trees is a reoccurring exhibition series at the Elisabeth Jones Art Center that presents work created during plein air painting events in and around Portland, Oregon. The mission of the project is to bring awareness to the beautiful trees around us that may be at risk due to property developers.
